1. Company information
Connel Brodyr AB (Organization no .: 556525-3027, Töjnavägen 28b in Sollentuna) is responsible for purchases made on Connel ID. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see section no. 11.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kronor and include VAT and other fees. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.

3. Delivery
Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 3 working days after the order is received. If the product is not in stock, it will not be possible to buy it on our e-commerce until it is in stock with us. Exceptions may apply, in which case the customer will be notified after purchase.

4. Shipping
We send your goods with Postnord. Costs associated with shipping are stated upon completion of purchase.

5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item, we can cancel the order if we have not had time to start embroidering and designing. As each product is uniquely embroidered with your choice of name, text or initials, it is extremely important that your order is correct.

6. Complaint
If there is a defect in the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us at info@connel.se about the defect. We will then inform you about how to proceed. If there is something wrong with the product, we will send a new one.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
There is no right of withdrawal on our goods as each product is unique and tailored to you. Thus, review your order carefully before purchasing.

8. Payment

We require payment for the item from the time it is shipped from us.

10. Card information
When you shop with us, payment is processed by Shopify Payments, Klarna or Swish via Mondido, which is a Swedish secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always sent encrypted using SSL / TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card networks' regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.

11. Personal data and GDPR (short sample text)
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal information. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).

We are responsible for personal data for the data collected and have entered into personal data assistant agreements with our subcontractors. Below you can see which subcontractors we use and for what purpose we use them.
